Two full spec ULN2803A chips – an ideal way to turn the logic level signals coming out of your PIC, AVR, Arduinio, RaspberryPI etc into something more beefy suitable for driving something like relay or a small motor.

The ULN2803 contains eight Darlington transistors with common emitters and integral suppression diodes for inductive loads. Each Darlington features a peak load current rating of 600mA (500mA continuous) and can withstand at least 50V in the off state. Outputs may be paralleled for higher current capability. ULN2803A has logic level compatible inputs.
These are in an 18-lead plastic DIP package.
